Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We may alter prices at any time due to circumstances beyond our control. We make every effort to avoid this from happening and we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.

We accept credit card payment. Please ensure that the address the credit card is registered to is listed with your order, including house number and postcode where relevant. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Prices shown are in GBP and Euros (approximate price only due to constant fluctuations in exchange rate)

Shipping And Handling FREE DELIVERY for goods despatched within the United Kingdom (only applies for orders over the Internet or orders that are accompanied by payment)

For goods despatched within the European Union :
A charge of £3.00 per item up to 10 items, thereafter the total charge will be no more than £30.00.

For goods despatched outside the European Union :
A charge of £4.00 per item up to 10 items, thereafter the total charge will be no more than £40.00.

Delivery Schedule We will process your order right away, and the majority of goods will be despatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will notify all customers if there is a problem concerning the availability of any products.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

If an item is missing from your order, firstly check that it has not been back ordered. If not, you have seven days within receipt of the invoice to contact us and let us now about the missing item.
Tax Charges For orders to be delivered in the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. For EU customers a VAT exemption number should be included with your order for VAT to be removed.

Returns Policy All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us for FREEPOST details and return to us for an immediate replacement.

Uniview does not have a preview service, but we will except returned items within 14 days that are not suitable for some reason. We do ask that customers contact us before returning an item as it is very helpful for us to receive this valuable customer feedback. We will give you details of our FREEPOST address. Any returned orders should be packaged securely and include copies of all relevant paperwork.

Please note that Uniview reserves the right to charge a small administration charge (£5.00 within the UK, £15.00 overseas) at our discretion for handling returned goods.
