The Citizenship Foundation
This website provides excellent support material for PSHE and Citizenship lessons. The Citizenship Foundation is an independent charity that encourages education of the law, democracy and society in order to enable citizens to make their own decisions and take responsibility for their own lives

The Site
Owned and run by YouthNet UK, thesite.org aims to be the first place young people turn to when they need advice or guidance. Provide fact sheets and articles on issues young adults face including sex and relationships, drugs, health and wellbeing and work and study.

Talk4Teens
An excellent new website for teen health featuring a problem page and useful information about sex and relationships, puberty and keeping healthy.

The Offender
This section of the Criminal Justice System's site features a brilliant interactive resource ideal for families of prisoners or people not sure what prison life involves. Answers questions about accommodation, daily life and leaving prison.

BritKid
Britkid is a website about race, racism and growing up in Britain. Meet 9 young people from different backgrounds and visit there home and family and share some of their experiences.

DRED UK
A presentation team who raise awareness of substance misuse across the UK.

Drug Education Forum
The umbrella body for national organisations involved in the delivery and support of drug education. Promotes the provision of effective drug education for all children within the UK.

FRANK
This new Talk to FRANK website is particularly useful as it provides an A-Z guide of drugs, with information about the effects, the risks and the law.

PFEG
This educational charity aims towards young people leaving school with the knowledge and understanding of finance to take part fully in society

AA Lesson plans
These lesson plans are aimed at 14-16year olds to raise awareness of the opportunities, benefits and issues of car purchase and car ownership.

Lifeline Publications - telling the truth about drugs
Lifeline is a drugs and alcohol charity, founded over 35 years ago. It produces a range of publications to provide accurate and credible information to young people and their parents in a world "profoundly affected by drug use". They are presented in a realistic, down-to-earth way targeted specifically at young people.

Global Dimension
A guide to resources bringing a global perspective to lesson planning and teaching. Topics include climate change, fair trade and poverty

Contraception Education

Behaviour4Learning
This website promotes positive approaches to behaviour management. It features case studies, articles and training materials for anyone interested in behaviour issues

BBC Health: Addictions
As part of the BBC's Kick the Habit campaign, this website explores the nature of addictions and is an extensive resource to support drug education lessons. It features information about the types of addiction, their effects, treatments and personal stories of people who have experienced alcohol, drug and nicotine addictions
